Activ get afloat with the BBC

Activ were pleased to work with the BBC during a recent BBC Lifeline Appeal in aid of the Jubilee Sailing Trust.
The Jubilee Sailing Trust is a registered charity that owns and operates 'Lord Nelson' and 'Tenacious', the only two tall ships in the world designed and built to enable people of all physical abilities to sail side-by-side as equals.
Activ were pleased to provide a RIB and skipper to allow the BBC to get some fantastic shots of Tenacious (left) and veteran presenter Peter Snow, who was conducting the appeal on behalf of this worthy charity. Our RIB played home to the camera crew whilst shadowing the magnificent tall ships in the Solent between Lymington and Ryde.
We wish the charity every success with its fundraising efforts. If you would like further information about the Jubilee Sailing Trust and how you can get involved or to watch the Lifeline appeal in full, please go to www.jst.org.uk . For more information on our RIBs and their suitability for filming and photography, please call Charley on 01342 300236
