Event objectives
Take One Productions (TOP) arrange an annual hospitality day which is intended as an informal, relaxed event to reward their staff for their efforts and as a thank you to key clients for their business to date.
Event solution
The solution was a sail experience day onboard Activ’s premier racing specification, Beneteau 40.7 yacht, ‘Addiction’. Nine TOP customers and staff we’re invited to join in the day’s VIP hospitality.
The day’s events started off in style with a Champagne breakfast onboard Addiction and then after a full safety briefing, the group set sail for the Solent. Light winds made the morning’s sail a relaxing affair with plenty of time to sit back and chat while others took the opportunity to enjoy some unpressured sail training.
Lunch was taken at a restaurant in Gunwharf Quay, Portsmouth, overlooking the Solent before returning to Addiction for the return trip to Ocean Village, Southampton.
The afternoon provided stronger winds and therefore the chance to experience the yacht at it’s best.
