Key Statement

Activ power+sail is a RIB and yacht charter and event management company that provides first class racing, leisure boats and services for corporates and individuals throughout the UK. The objective of our eco-policy document is to formalise our company's green ethos so that our customers and partners can feel assured that they are working with an environmentally responsible company.

Eco Strategies

Below is an outline of our strategies that underpin and permeate everything we do:

- We promote environmental awareness with our employees and suppliers. All our team are encouraged to ‘reduce, reuse and recycle’ whenever possible.

- We adhere to the code of practice that forbids throwing anything overboard and take all our waste to specifically provided facilities for boats. Separating our waste when appropriate.

- We endeavour to leave any beach or shoreline we visit cleaner than when we arrived.

- We encourage our clients to join our events by public transport or to arrange shared transport wherever possible.

- We use products such as cleaners etc. that are environmentally friendly or recycled when ever possible.

- We use recycled paper or paper from sustainably managed forests as far as possible.

- We encourage others to consider the environment before printing our emails by placing a statement request at the footer of our email communications.

- To reduce the use and delivery of printed material we dispatch the majority of our promotional literature in digital PDF format.
