Squadron 55

The Squadron 55 is a fast, luxurious motor yacht offering first class facilities, contemporary design, exceptional spaciousness and sumptuous accommodation for up to 12 day passengers and 3 crew.

You step aboard the Squadron via her bathing platform at the stern of the boat. Then, up a step, through the transom door and into the cockpit. Here, a large table and director’s chairs are set out below a canopy, which can be partially or completely removed. Built into the large folding dining table is a barbecue grill, a focal point of the seating area.

The main saloon is configured around a C-shaped lounge with an entertainment centre containing a bar, audio/video gear and an ice-maker on the other side. Two steps above the main saloon and to port is a dining area with another C-shaped seating arrangement. The lower helm station opposite it has two seats that also convert to stand-up bolsters.

An interior staircase leads directly from the saloon up to the flybridge – the place to be as you cruise the waves. Riding the boat from the flybridge is an exhilarating experience as you feel the power of the two massive diesel engines as they lift the boat onto the plane.
